Making the Tour
Being a Golf Course Owner, Manager or Pro, your time is valuable so we have developed a routine to make the process easy for you. Your involvement can be as much or as little as you like. Here is the general process:
- We actually play the course twice. Once to gain familiarity with the stretch, a second time to take notes and 35mm photographs of each shot.
- Narrative is composed based on the player's notes, or can be supplied by the Course Pro. All narrative is approved by you prior to recording to ensure accuracy.
- Short music tracks are composed based on your preferences and are approved prior to recording.
- All photos, recorded music and voice are now put together, properly formatted and timed.
- Animated portions are now added to the presentation including: hazard markers, yardage references, ball flights etc.
- Final approval is now all that is needed and we can link the tour into your site or deliver it to you for your web master to include.
Basically all you need to do is approve the work, we take care of everything else!
